  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing time may be slightly delayed.

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.

6. Address Accuracy

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If a product is received in a damaged condition, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing images/videos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a resolution as per our internal policy.


8. Delayed Deliveries

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events are beyond our control.

  • Such delays do not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.


9. Incorrect or Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
